What we need from you

• Sample units or additional verification materials if requested during review

How evaluation works

2. Our team reviews product fit, pricing competitiveness, brand reputation, and fulfilment capability
3. We may request samples, reference checks, or additional documentation
4. Approved vendors receive onboarding steps for listing, logistics coordination, and order flow
5. Rejected applications may be reconsidered if you substantially improve catalogue quality or operational readiness

Approval is not guaranteed. CueBit maintains catalogue quality by evaluating each vendor individually rather than accepting open marketplace listings.

After approval

Approved vendors may have products listed on CueBit with marketing support, order management, and customer service coordinated according to agreed commercial terms. Vendors are expected to keep product information current, honour stated lead times, and cooperate on returns or warranty issues involving their products.
