If a supplier revises stock, cost, specifications, or lead time after you order, we will contact you with options to proceed with the updated terms, modify the order, or cancel for a refund where applicable.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless another display currency is selected for browsing purposes
• Checkout is completed in the store’s base currency as configured on our platform
• Displayed prices may include estimated logistics and sourcing costs where applicable
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation
• Payment must be completed through the methods shown at checkout; we do not accept unofficial payment requests outside our platform

Sourcing timelines

Orders involving international procurement may require additional processing time beyond local stock orders. Estimated timelines on product pages or at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed delivery dates.

CueBit is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs authorities, carriers, port congestion, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. We will communicate known delays and work toward resolution in good faith.

Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Rates & Policies page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide or to your authorised recipient, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and being available—or arranging an authorised recipient—for package receipt where required by the courier.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Replacements policy. That policy forms part of these terms. Eligibility depends on the nature of the issue, timing of your report, and product condition.
