Because we combine retail fulfilment with international sourcing, China procurement channels, and logistics intelligence, delivery timelines and shipping costs can vary by product type, supplier availability, and destination.

How CueBit fulfilment works

Many products on CueBit are priced using our sourcing and logistics engine. That means your order may involve one or more of the following fulfilment paths:

• Local stock — items already available for dispatch within Nigeria, typically offering the shortest delivery window
• International sourcing — procurement from overseas supplier channels—including China—before local delivery to your address
• Bulk or business supply — consolidated shipment for larger quantities, often with customised lead times and documentation

Displayed prices may already reflect estimated logistics and currency conversion costs. Final delivery timing is confirmed at checkout where possible, or communicated by our support team after order review when sourcing is required.

Local delivery

For in-stock or locally available items, we aim to dispatch promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery within Abuja and to major cities nationwide—such as Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and Enugu—is handled through trusted courier partners.

Exact shipping fees and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when our system can calculate them. If checkout cannot display a rate for your location, contact us before ordering and we will confirm options.

International sourcing timelines

Products sourced from international supplier markets typically require additional processing time before they reach Nigeria. This can include:

1. Supplier confirmation and order placement
2. Quality checks or sample verification where applicable
3. Export handling and international freight
4. Inbound logistics and customs processing
5. Last-mile delivery to your address

Estimated sourcing windows are shown on product pages or communicated after order review. Timelines are indicative and may change if a supplier revises availability, lead time, shipping route, or cost.

Bulk and business shipments

For bulk orders, corporate supply, or repeat procurement, we provide tailored quotes that may include consolidated shipping, documentation, and scheduled delivery. Contact us before placing large orders so we can confirm stock, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead time, and total landed cost.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs depend on product weight, dimensions, destination, and whether the item is locally available or internationally sourced. Rates are calculated at checkout when possible. For sourcing-heavy orders, our team may confirm final shipping after supplier verification.

Remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional fees or longer transit times. We will inform you before proceeding if your address requires special logistics arrangements.

Delivery expectations

• Tracking information is provided when available from our courier or sourcing partner
• Someone may need to be available to receive the package or arrange authorised pickup where applicable
• Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, supplier changes, carrier disruptions, or force majeure are outside our direct control, but we will keep you informed
